During the Selection phase, we carefully review your application and make sure you’re the right fit for the role. Our team looks at your background, interests, and motivation to become an Umrah Consultant. We provide clear information about what to expect and keep you updated throughout this process. If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited to the next phase: Training. This ensures that all our consultants start with a strong foundation and clear goals.

During the Training phase, we equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to guide Umrah pilgrims. You’ll go through courses and practical exercises covering travel planning, understanding cultural differences, and excellent customer service. Trainers and experienced consultants will support you throughout this phase, so you can ask questions and practice what you learn. By the end of training, you’ll feel ready to move on to the next phase: Certification.

During the Certification phase, you’ll take a final assessment to confirm your readiness. Instructors will review key points with you and ensure you feel prepared. Once you pass the exam, you’ll receive a certificate showing that you’re qualified to serve as an Umrah Consultant. This step proves your knowledge and builds trust, making clear that you are prepared for this important role. After earning your certificate, you’ll move on to the next phase: Onboarding.

During the Onboarding phase, you’ll join our team and get set up with all the systems and tools you need. We give you access to our booking and management tools and show you how they work. You’ll also meet the support staff and mentors who will assist you, so you know exactly who to turn to for help. By the end of onboarding, you’ll have everything you need to begin consulting with confidence.

During the Support phase, our focus is on helping you succeed. As you begin working with clients, you’ll receive guidance and assistance to help you feel confident. This support could include regular check-ins, group meetings, or one-on-one mentoring. We make sure you’re never alone in your work and that help is always available when you need it.

During the Monitor & Grow phase, we keep track of your progress and encourage your development. We review your work and offer feedback to help you improve. You will have opportunities for advanced training, leadership roles, or new responsibilities as you gain experience. Our goal is to help you continue growing in your role and advance in your consulting career.
